Slow down, and make something by hand

Anne's private flower workshops are intimate, hands-on afternoons or evenings for four or more guests who want to slow down, make something beautiful and spend real time together. A staff or club event, a birthday, a family get-together, or simply an excuse to reconnect with friends: each workshop is shaped around the people in the room.

Five guests in Anne's studio, each holding the vase arrangement she made: pink roses, yellow and orange roses and mixed garden flowers, with buckets of stems on the shelves behind.
A workshop at the studio. Each guest goes home with the arrangement they made.

Pick the shape

Choose a bouquet, a centrepiece or a wreath, fresh or faux, then set the palette to your taste. Soft seasonal blooms, romantic garden florals, bold and vibrant colour, moody textures or lush roses: every workshop is built around your vision.

Orange roses, golden chrysanthemums and ranunculus with chamomile and eucalyptus in a glass vase tied with a coral ribbon.

Bouquet

Hand-tied, wrapped in paper or in a vase.

Yellow garden roses, green orchids, purple tulips and pink carnations in a low white container.

Centrepiece

Low and long, for the middle of a table.

A Christmas wreath of fir and cedar with magnolia leaves, frosted cones, red glitter sprays, white and silver birds and a red and white plaid bow, on a teal front door.

Wreath

Fresh or faux, for a door or a wall.

How it goes

  1. 01 Book Send the form below with the shape, the group and roughly when. Nothing is paid here.
  2. 02 Anne works it out with you After you book, Anne works directly with you to settle the workshop style, the colour palette and a date.
  3. 03 The workshop Up to eight guests are welcomed to the My Valentine Floral Design studio on the farm near Allan, SK, or Anne comes to you. She guides you through each step, using premium blooms and professional floral techniques.
  4. 04 Leave with it No experience is necessary, just a love of flowers and a willingness to create. Everyone goes home with something made by hand.

Whether you are celebrating something or just looking for a different way to spend an afternoon or an evening, a private workshop is a chance to learn, connect, and leave with something you made yourself.
